What credit card gives back the best benefits?

I'm looking into getting another credit card that gives the best CASH BACK compared to all the others. We have cards that give us 1% back on all purchases, but I want something with better rewards. We have an American Express and it gives good cash back 1% to 3%, but is there a Visa card that gives equivalent rewards to the American Express?|||The best way to have "cash back" is to keep it in your wallet. AmEx Blue Cash is good, but tiered. The Citi Professional MasterCard is especially good (3%) for certain categories of spending like restaurants, vehicle rental, gas, and office supplies.





Note that calculator converts all reward currencies (cash back, points, miles) to dollars for an apples-to-apples comparison. You can choose to ignore the non-cash-back cards if you want. You can even check the checkbox next to cards to exclude them from the calculation.





By the way, to contradict one of the other responses you received. If you do the math (which that calculator will do for you), you'll find that Discover usually doesn't generally pay as well as other rewards cards.
