Why wont my Credit card work when my supplier says it is active?

I try to use my credit card online and it has been rejected. I rang my card issuer and they said there is nothing wrong with it. I have ordered stuff online and im not overdue a payment and there is a big balance on it. They cant see anything wrong with it so i tried to use it in a shop and it worked fine. The best thing to do is contact your service provider, go to yahoo help on the top of page, right side and click on help.!!!|||Thanks people.
