How do you add a credit card to your paypal account then use it?

I set up the account with my visa card but i cant find anywhere when logged in where it shows me i did so. I also dont see any option to add a credit card. Where is this option? Also i set up the account 3 days ago and it wont let me purchase without verifying my account with a bank account. How can i just use my credit card to pay.|||my profile
