What is the best bank to get a secured credit card?

I'm 19 and have never had a credit card. In fact, I have no credit at all. Hence, wanting to get a secured (nothing else) credit card.|||I'd suggest Bank of america or Ascend Federal Credit Union.|||When you have bad credit history, or no credit history, it is difficult and frustrating when trying to obtain a loan or credit card . Establishing your credit history can be a real pain in the a**.
