Credit card that I can use internationally without a finance charge?
I am in the US. For vacations, I sometimes go out of the country. Is there a credit card that does not charge the standard 3% fee for using the card out of the US?|||Capital One credit cards have no foreign transaction fees on most of their cards.|||i think American Express|||No. That's even more true these days when credit card issuers are facing high defaults and are therefore desperate for fee income. Doing biz internationally incurs a lot of costs they do not have in-country, including costs imposed by governments -- and you cannot do diddly about that. Don't forget forex charges, either. There are always fees imposed on foreign exchange transactions -- and that's not the card issuers' fault, either.
